Dear Supporters of the Center for a Stateless Society,
I had hoped to be winding up our fundraiser today, but we’re nowhere near being able to pay our October expenses. I’ve extended the deadline to December 10th and will continue asking you to support our work.
With your help, I was able to pay Tom Knapp the other day and get September expenses out of the way, but our entire October payroll remains unpaid.
The good news is that some donations don’t come in via the fundraising widget on our site, so the picture is brighter than it appears at first glance. I’ve adjusted the goal downward to reflect this. Let me go over that with you very quickly.
We have $2,140 in October expenses that remain to be paid. After getting September expenses out of the way, we have $325 left in the Paypal account and the fundraiser widget shows $565 as having already been raised. So, we add $565 to $2140 and then subtract $325 to wind up with a revised goal of $2380 — meaning that we have $1815 left to raise in 10 days.
To donate, just click on the “Contribute” button on the fundraising widget on any page of our web site.
In other news, you’re invited to participate in project planning for our new activist and supporters network, Black Vanguard:
Finally, I shouldn’t fail to mention once again that until midnight on December 25th, 100% of all net sales revenue from track and album digital downloads of the Christmas music album “North Coast Noel” produced by C4SS supporter Kurt Tischer will go to support C4SS!
Here’s that link:
